Walking into a med spa for the first time can feel like a lot. We’ve designed every step of your first visit to feel the opposite — calm, unrushed, and tailored entirely to you. Here’s exactly what to expect. Before You Arrive Book your complimentary consultation. Every new client begins with a no-pressure conversation. This isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a chance for us to understand your goals, your history, and what you actually want out of being here. Complete your intake forms online. We’ll send a secure link after you book. Filling these out before you arrive means more time in the chair and less time at the front desk. Arrive a few minutes early. Time to settle, sip something warm, and breathe before your appointment begins. When You Walk In You’ll be greeted by name. Your phone can stay on silent, your shoulders can drop, and the next hour is yours. Our space was designed to feel like the opposite of a clinical office — soft lighting, private rooms, and the quiet that comes with knowing you’re somewhere that takes you seriously. Your Consultation You’ll meet with your provider one-on-one. We’ll talk through:         •       Your goals — short-term and long-term         •       Your medical history and any medications         •       Treatments that genuinely fit you (and the ones that don’t)         •       A realistic timeline, honest pricing, and any package or membership savings that apply We will never recommend a treatment you don’t need. If something isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you. Your Treatment If you choose to receive a treatment the same day, we’ll walk you through every step before we begin. Every service is administered by our licensed RN under our medical director’s protocols — your safety is the first and last consideration in every room. After Your Visit You’ll leave with:         •       Clear aftercare instructions, in writing         •       A direct number to reach us with any questions         •       A personalized plan for what’s next — only if you want one Most clients tell us the same thing on their way out: “I didn’t realize how much I needed that.” A Few Things to Know         •       Parking is free and directly outside Suite 701.         •       Bring a list of any medications, supplements, or skin products you’re currently using.         •       Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and active ingredients for 48 hours before any facial treatment.         •       Reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice to avoid a fee — see our full policy here. 👇

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Beauty by Method, every appointment is time held exclusively for you. When that time goes unused without notice, it can’t be offered to another client. Our policy reflects that. Cancellations & Reschedules We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.         •       Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.         •       No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee. How fees are charged: The card on file used to secure your booking will be charged automatically. Fees are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the late-cancellation fee may apply. We do our best to accommodate when possible. We understand life happens.
